Today Catrin & I went into town to Jenna's house, for the ladies meeting (no school for Catrin, teacher training day)
A lad got on the bus, & I looked at him..he had very strange stuff on his hair..was it that he hadn't washed off his shampoo properly, or was he wearing raw egg on his head??
It was the latter! A few minutes later we saw several young folks running down the road with a bag of flour in their hands, chucking it at another young person!! One of which then got on the bus!
This is how the students commemorate the 100 days til their BAC exam! Luvely!! just as well you can get cheap flour!
The church is going to start running the Alpha course in March..we had a meeting this evening to talk about the practicalities of it, ie: the food, the tables, the serving of the grub etc..
On the way there we were caught in the usual Friday evening traffic jam..they have electronic notices above the road..One said.. "Bouchon vers Toulouse, soyez prudent(e)
The thing that made me chuckle was the 'e' at the end..just in case the driver is a woman. Very correct!
