Physio yesterday concentrated on my shoulders..they've been really uncomfy, & the guy said the muscles were contracted! Funny in'it, you start off with one problem & end up with loads more..still it's no longer incapacitating, I'm back to normality, remembering to flex ze knees!

Pray for our neighbour, we hope she is going to come to the Easter service on Sunday, then back here to eat with everyone..she hasn't been for a while. She also has a new job which is great! tho it may mean she has to work Saturday mornings from may..so I'm going over to look after the bairns..my little Saturday job! At least they're big enough not to need carrying or lifting anymore!
