..this afternoon to work..we went over to the new building to sweep & wash the floor..all the stuff had been moved into another room so we could get on our hands & knees, with mops & buckets..
I reckon it will be ready for Sunday morning..after all, what do we expect? It won't be a palace, it won't be exactly special, but it's a meeting place for the family of God & we'll be together under one roof! That's just what we want!
And so the work will continue through the weeks...
I had a great conversation with one of my mates..
"C'est quoi ce sac ici, c'est enorme!"
me; "Oui, c'est une sac pour le lapin de noel, on peut le mettre dedans quand on a fini avec, pour transporter à la poubelle"
Lapin = rabbit
sapin de noel = Christmas tree
Lapin de noel = Christmas bunny!! hmmm, easy mistake to make!
