..that there is an eclipse of the moon tonight, so I was just about to go and look and see if I could see the moon, (and if the moon could see me) and it's chucking it down with rain!!
So that's it, no eclipse for us, or at least it's already eclipsed by the clouds!
I was thinking the other day how wonderful God's creation is.
The reason being, that we were watching a nature programme and marvelling at how the mother lions/cheeta's etc know how to look after their cubs, and the need to provide food for them.. and the need to protect them from harm..natural instinct eh?
Yeah, but an instinct that God has instilled in them, and he provides the food for them too!
Ps 104
v19
The moon marks off the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down.
You bring darkness, it becomes night, and all the beasts of the forest prowl.
The lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God.
The sun rises and they steal away; they return and lie down in their dens.
Then man goes out to his work to his labour until evening.
How many are your works O Lord. In wisdom you made them all;
the earth is full of your creatures.
