have been really great fun.
On Sunday we often see the students wondering what to do after the service, go for a meal, go back to some one"s for pizza or whatever.. Well two of them were standing around, Rachelle and an American guy called Joshua..so I invited them back, and then the complication of how to get them to us.. room for only one in the car!
So Catrin went to Christina's (Rachelle's sister) so that gave us space.. How to get them home though..Rachelle lives about an hour away, and you know these youngsters, they like to stay up talking all night!
So, they both stayed the night.. we ate pizza and chips and burgers!
Rachelle slept in Catrin's room, and Josh on the sofa! and we did the Rachelle/Catrin exchange half way up the Rocard about 11am, once everyone had emerged from the depths of the covers!
Josh spent the day with us, and he is such fun! The children laughed all day, and so did we..it was a real privilege to get to know him..
It was such fun , although we didn't get to bed til 1.15am! (Alan had gone about 10pm, he tends to shut down about 9.30.
It was lovely to find out a bit about Josh, who has been here for about 6 months and has only just found our church,so has been on his own all this time!
He goes home on Sunday!
We so need to make ourselves known as a church!
Please continue to pray for a permanent building, that would make things so much easier for all of this sort of thing.
