well today is a special day in my life..another year has rolled around, more grey hairs, more aches & pains..nah kiddin! It is my birthday, but "I feel good dooby dooby dooby do, I knew that I would now"

Thanks be to God who has watched over another year, been ever faithful & patient with this feeble woman!

So, two more documents arrived on email for me to print off for the students in Catrin's class..fast running out of paper & ink, they never said this in the job description!

The weather is still incredibly mild for November, but there are still Dec to Feb to come, so we wait with baited breath for the cold weather to arrive..after all, I put the electric blanket on the bed weeks ago, & we've still got so much wood to burn!

Yesterday we all ate together at church which was long overdue..mainly because there is still no heating in the building, but it was fine as it's so mild.
Pastor told us all of his plans to return with his wife to Holland, when they get a call from a church there..there's a shortage of pastors apparently, so it's not unlikely that one will need him.

So it's all change here in Cenon..another guy who has been unwell for a long time has decided he would be better off living back where he was bought up, where his parents still live..a missionary lady has given her notice in & left the church too...& there's still us to make the decision whether to go to Grenoble or not..we're still reflecting over it...& will make the decision known the first week of December.

We're mostly positive about it, but not without thinking a lot about what it leaves behind here, some of the things that will have to stop unless another guy is found. Gwilym has been having doubts lately because of leaving mates behind..Catrin is still pretty positive.
