I went to my last kiné session today...He had a go at my shoulder and neck cos I've been having a lot of trouble with them, especially the left one..It was sooooo uncomfortable at about 4am thismorning!
Still, swimming is meant to be one of the best exercices for backs so I'm going to try find out the times of the local pool tomorrow..and not breast stroke apparently, the crawl is the best..that means I'll have to take off my glasses, cos I splash a lot, and hey, who needs to see in the pool anyway!
