I must be jinxed. Alan found a wonderful electric blanket a few weeks ago, and I was over the moon. I think it worked for about 3 days? It has two switches, one for either side,so if you get cold in the night, then you don't have to boil your husband/wife...
We took it back to exchange it today, and came back with one that should work. So I plugged it in, just to try it,and it seemed to be warming up.Hooray!
I plugged it in this evening about 9pm, it is now 10.30..Alan's side it toasty & warm..my side? well, I have plugged it into another socket, hoping, hoping!!!!! You guessed, it was COLD!!! grrrrrrrr
