Gwilym

now has a temp of 39, so phoned the doc, alan spoke to him and he said it's not worth going to see him unless we wanted to ..he had a child in the surgery at the time with a temp of 40..

One of the things about folks in France it seems to me, is that they go to the doctor a lot..not a criticism at all, just the way it is..we stick it out..lots of fluids, bed rest etc..

Hope you all feel better soon. All except me had what I suspect was Swine Flu before and during half-term. Had my Swine flu and Seasonal Vaccination last week, sore arm but otherwise OK.
It's a strange flu, some are hardly ill, others quite poorly.Just read your husband's blog, in Uk they're recommending people have the vaccine even if they've had the 'flu. My hubby with his Asthma awaits the call from the surgery.
We're meant to be having a French exchange student at end of Feb postponed from Oct by French government because of Swine Flu in Uk-we'll see if it happens!
