The kiné phoned about 1.30 to ask if I could go for 2pm (so he did say he would phone, but he meant today, and if he had a cancellation!!)
So I'm just back, and he got hold of my legs and put them in places I didn't think I could reach! I thought he was going to put my big toe up my nose!
He seems a very nice chap, and we communicated ok, and had a few laughs on the way! Getting me on the couch on the first place was fun, he had to demonstrate how he wanted me to lie!
Well, hopefully the only way is up now, but I have to remeber to be careful and not to run before I can walk...I'll try and get in the car for church on Sunday...
