Catrin has to go back to school tomorrow..We have some great friends who will take her to school for me...
My back doesn't seem to be much better than it was, although I can turn over in bed without grabbing hold of the bed post anymore..so I guess that is an improvement. It takes all day to get "loose" as it were and by the time it's bedtime it feels less painful! but then it's time to go to bed again..ho hum..
Still, I'm very thankful for the children who help when I ask, and hopefully I'll get them to hoover around the sitting room once they've done their homework, and Alan comes back tomorrow!
