There were games to play too

badminton for those who were really enthusiastic, and, yes I did have several goes!!




Thoroughly enjoyed myself, took me back some I have to say! Of course there isn't a picture of me playing!






Gwilym had loads of goes too, and was pretty good with the old badminton racket.


We took along our swing ball, which seemed to baffle everyone, until Catrin and I did a demonstration.

Once everyone got the idea; it was quite a hit(excuse the pun!)
